Stage 1

Apply

Send your resume and answer the questions on the application.

Stage 2

Sign NDA

Sign our NDA so that we can give you more specific details to prepare you for the rest of the hiring process and for what working at Trainwell is like.  
Estimated time: 5 min
Stage 3

Initial Interview

Meet with a recruiter who will tell you more about our partnership and ask you some questions to learn more about you and your experience. 
Estimated time: 30 min
Stage 4

Day in the Life Simulation

Complete our "Day in the Life" simulation to get a sense of what a day at Trainwell really looks like. The simulation includes responding to mock clients, creating workouts in our dashboard, and meeting with a LIVE test client to guide them through an onboarding call. 
Estimated time: 2-3 hours
Stage 5

Written Questions

Provide answers to questions that will give us a sense of your training philosophy and how you handle specific client situations.   
Estimated time: 15-30 min
Stage 6

Final Interview

This will be a split interview with the Director of Trainer Recruiting and Onboarding and the CTO. We'll ask questions to evaluate for values and culture alignment.

Reference Check

Provide us with three professional references.

Once you receive the request for your information, please fill it out as soon as possible.

Hired

The hiring process from start to finish will take approximately 7-12 days. Our goal is to move you through the process as quickly as possible.
